THE ITINERARY

DAY 1

MADRID

Arrivals to Madrid, check into the luxury Melia Palacio de los Duques hotel, orientation tasting and dinner at Ten con Ten.

DAY 2

RIBERA DEL DUERO

Transfer to Ribera del Duero, for the main event: a tasting at the legendary Vega Sicilia; check in and lunch at the Hotel Monasterio de Valbuena; visit and dinner at the impressive Viña Pedrosa.

DAY 3

RIBERA DEL DUERO

Tasting at another Ribera del Duero icon, Dominio de Pingus; Lunch at Hotel Fuente de la Aceña; visit and tasting at the fascinating winery Xavier Ausàs; private dinner at the hotel.

Transfer to the Basque Country, with a stop for lunch at one of the world’s culinary highlights, Asador Etxebarri; travel on to San Sebastián and check into the stylish Hotel Maria Cristina; casual dinner of the city’s famous pintxos.

DAY 5

SAN SEBASTIAN

Free day to explore magical San Sebastián; dinner at the Michelin-starred gastronomic temple Rekondo.

DAY 6

PRIORAT

Transfer by private plane to Priorat; check in to Terra Dominicata; tasting and blending session with our partners Dominik Huber and Tatjana Peceric; farewell dinner prepared by a private chef at Cal Compte.
