3. Develop your Winemaking Plan
Work closely with winemaker Pablo
Martorell and wine director Mariana
Onofri to define key aspects of the
winemaking process. Learn about
harvest details, such as brix levels,
fermentation strategies, barrel types,
and more, as you refine your craft.
4. Harvest
Join us in March or April to for the harvest
in the Uco Valley. You can can pick and
select grapes, perform punchdowns, and
even stomp grapes, immersing yourself in
the winemaking process.
5. Craft your Wine
Engage in the blending process to craft a
wine that reflects your unique taste. Work
with our experts to combine base wines,
creating a personalized blend that
embodies your unique taste.
6. Label and Porfolio Design
Collaborate with our experienced designers to craft a personalized label and packaging for your wines. We tailor the
design to reflect your personality, family, or the unique essence of your brand.
