DAY 1 - THURSDAY, MAY 15

Afternoon arrivals to BCN Airport and transfer to the stunning Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno in Priorat, located just a two-hour scenic drive from Barcelona.
Orientation tasting in the hotel wine cave
Begin your journey into Priorat with a well curated tasting led by The Vines’ wine expert, Marie Von Ahm. Discover the region’s fascinating history, unique terroir, and iconic wines in the hotel’s atmospheric wine cave.
Welcome dinner at the hotel restaurant Vinum
We’ll go upstairs for an al fresco dinner at the hotel’s acclaimed restaurant Vinum, featuring a menu inspired by the region’s freshest local ingredients. Joining us will be one of our favorite winemakers, Sara Perez, who will guide us through her celebrated wines from Mas Martinet and Venus Vineyards while offering insights into her passion for the craft.
DAY 2 - FRIDAY, MAY 16
PAELLA PICNIC & PERFUME
Private tour and tasting at Terroir al Limit
Kick off your Priorat experience at one of the region’s finest: our winemaking partner Terroir al Limit. Winemakers Dominik and Tatjana will walk you through their innovative approach to crafting elegant, fresh Grenache- and Carignan-based wines that redefine the region’s style.
Paella picnic in the vineyard
Hop into 4x4s to explore the steep vineyards en route to La Morera, where you’ll enjoy a picturesque picnic including some of the world’s best Iberian jamón, freshly prepared paella, and wines from Terroir al Limit’s Montsant project, surrounded by breathtaking views.
Return to the hotel for The Perfume Experience
Engage your senses in this one-of-a-kind olfactory adventure led by Ernesto Collado. Explore the aromas of the local landscape and gain a deeper appreciation for how scent enhances wine tasting.

Traditional Catalan dinner at winemaker favorite Brot’s
Dine like a local at Brot’s, a beloved winemaker’s retreat in the charming village of Poboleda. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu paired with wines from a special guest winemaker.
DAY 3 - SATURDAY, MAY 17
Private tour of the Carthusian Monastery Scala Dei
Step back in time with a visit to the historic Carthusian Monastery of Scala Dei, the birthplace of Priorat winemaking. Wander through the beautifully preserved grounds and immerse yourself in the rich legacy of the monks who started it all.
Tasting at Cellers Scala Dei
Discover the modern expression of the monks’ winemaking tradition with a private tasting of Cellers Scala Dei’s exceptional lineup. These wines encapsulate the essence of Priorat and are sure to inspire you to take a few bottles home.
Enjoy a relaxed lunch in the charming former wine co-op turned cozy restaurant in Porrera. The rustic decor sets the stage for a lovingly prepared meal of traditional dishes made from the finest local ingredients, and the couple who run it make you feel right at home.

Recharge back at the hotel before your final evening in Priorat.
Dinner at the inventive La Bacchanal
End your adventure with a memorable dinner at La Bacchanal, a creatively transformed former stable in Falset. Surrounded by their many (empty and full) bottles of wine, we will be served a fresh seasonal dinner of local specialties, paired with an impressive selection of wines from Priorat and beyond.

How to arrive
Guests can fly into Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and either rent a car to drive to Torroja del Priorat, or The Vines can arrange transfers (not included in trip cost) to the hotel.
