BURGUNDY

ESCAPE

Our Burgundy Escape promises to be a wine-soaked adventure of geology crash courses, biblical wine lists, scenic vineyard hikes, and convivial moments around the tables and in the cellars of some of the most special domaines of Burgundy.

This bespoke program will look below the vines at the geological history of this place, but also above ground at its culture, gastronomy, and people. It’s a curated wine journey that discovers the layered landscape of modern Burgundy through the lens of terroir and art de vivre.

WHY YOU GO

• Seeing Burgundy, considered by many to be the true pinnacle of winemaking in the world, through the eyes of incredibly knowledgeable yet down-to-earth experts

• Intimate visits to some of the smallest domaines, where we’ll taste through their masterfully crafted wines and sit down at their family tables for lunch

• Dinners at some of the insiders’ favorite restaurants, chosen both for the quality of their locally sourced food and for their astoundingly deep wine lists – where you’ll recognize some of the world’s greatest winemakers
