Please choose the tier of room you wish to book at the Hotel Richard Lowenherz . The corresponding rooms for that tier at the Vienna hotel will be announced at a later date.
Balance Payments and Cancellation Policy:
Upon receipt of your booking, you will be invoiced for 25% of the total trip cost (with the $500 applied toward that amount). This 25% deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 75% will be invoiced on September 2025.
If you cancel after paying the balance, 50% of your total payment will be refunded, provided cancellation occurs at least 120 days before the event.
