Please select the number of rooms that you would like to reserve.  There is a non-refundable deposit of $500/room.

Balance Payments and Cancellation Policy:

Upon receipt of your booking, you will be invoiced for 25% of the total trip cost (with the $500 applied toward that amount). This 25% deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 75% will be invoiced in January 2026.

If you cancel after paying the balance, 50% of your total payment will be refunded, provided cancellation occurs at least 120 days before the event.
